Arizona Unity Tour
The Arizona Unity Tour is seeking individuals and businesses to sponsors for our fifth annual charity bicycle ride to honor fallen and critically injured police officers, firefighters, EMS, and dispatchers. Proceeds will be used by The Arizona Unity Tour Charities to support of our mission of supporting the men and women that serve as first responders and dispatchers and by Team Arizona to participate in the 2017 Police Unity Tour in May of 2017. The Mission of the Police Unity Tour is to raise awareness and funds for the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial and Museum in Washington, DC. The ride will start and finish at Westgate Entertainment District in Glendale and will be promoted by Westgate. We are expecting 300 plus riders, an additional 100 supporters, and numerous spectators along the route as we travel the streets of the Phoenix Metro area.
We are seeking support from individuals, small businesses, and corporations that would like to sponsor our event. We have five levels of sponsorship available and we can create a customized package. Here are our levels of sponsorship:
King of the Road Sponsor: $10,000
Exclusive sponsorship as the King of the Road sponsor for the 2017 Arizona Unity Tour marketed as the 5th Annual Arizona Unity Tour brought to you by “your company”.
Media Exposure including press release, sponsorship announcement, and feature article on our website and event page

Arizona Unity Tour Bike Ride is seeking a variety in-kind donations. For our 2017 ride we are in need of bottles of water, granola bars, fruit, lunch food items, raffle prizes, and more. Media Sponsorships
As a media sponsor, we would like your assistance in airing and publishing news stories, public service announcements, event notices and other items of interest that will help promote the 2017 Arizona Unity Tour and Arizona Unity Tour Charities to your listeners, viewers, and readers. In return, we will include your provided logo on our website, marketing material, and other advertising. Volunteer Opportunities
Arizona Unity Tour Bike Ride utilizes around 100 volunteers for our ride. We need volunteers the week of the event as well as the day of the event for a variety of roles and responsibilities.
