On Saturday, September 17, 2016, The Arizona Unity Tour Charities will be hosting the first Arizona Unity Tour - Northern Arizona Edition bicycle ride. Proceeds will be used by AZ Unity Tour Charities for their mission to support the men and women that stand behind the badge, in fire service and dispatchers and the Police Unity Tour - Team Arizona to participate in the 2017 Police Unity Tour for the trip to Washington, D.C. The mission of the Police Unity Tour is to raise awareness and funds for the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial and Museum in Washington, D.C.
The ride will start and end at Ft. Tuthill in Flagstaff, Arizona. The registration opens at 7:00 am and the 62 mile ride starts at 8:30 am and the 28 mile ride starts at 10:00 am. We are expecting 100 plus riders, an additional 50 supporters, and numerous spectators along the route as we travel in Flagstaff, Arizona. We are recruiting riders and volunteers. In addition we need sponsors, vendors, volunteers and donations.
We are seeking support from our community to help sponsor the event. Five levels of sponsorship available:
Bronze: $50 Your company name on our website and ride shirt plus your company-provided flyer, business card, or promotional item in each rider tour bag.
Silver: $150 Everything above plus your sign or one created by us displayed at a rest stop and one at the start/finish line.
Gold: $5000 Everything above plus your company name on the Police Unity Tour - Team Arizona website, your supplied decal displayed on our Team Arizona Trailer, and a plaque to commemorate your support.
Event Sponsor: $3,000 This level will be limited to one main event sponsor. The benefits include; media exposure in advertising and news releases announced as Arizona Unity Tour sponsored by “Company name”. You will also be listed on all of our social media sites. You will have premium placement of your company decal on the Arizona Unity Tour water bottle, our trailer, ride t-shirts, and have company handouts in rider tour bags. Your commitment to give all to support those who gave all will be commemorated in a manner worthy of your investment.
