Arizona Unity Tour Sponsorship
The Arizona Unity Tour is seeking individuals and businesses to sponsors for our third annual charity bicycle ride to honor fallen and critically injured police officers and firefighters. Proceeds will be used by The 100 Club for their mission to support the men and women behind the badges and their families and by Team Arizona to participate in the 2016 Police Unity Tour in May of 2016. The Mission of the Police Unity Tour is to raise awareness and funds for the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial and Museum in Washington, DC. The ride will start and finish at Westgate Entertainment District in Glendale and will be promoted by Westgate. We are expecting 250 plus riders, an additional 100 supporters, and numerous spectators along the route as we travel the streets of the Phoenix Metro area.
We are seeking support from individuals, small businesses, and corporations that would like to sponsor our event. We have five levels of sponsorship available and we can create a customized package. Here are our levels of sponsorship:
Bronze - $50: Your company name on our website and ride shirt plus your company-provided flyer, business card, or promotional item in each rider tour bag.
Silver - $150: Everything above plus your sign or one created by us displayed at a rest stop and one at the start/finish line.
Gold - $1000: Everything above plus your company name on the Chapter VIII website, your supplied decal displayed on our Team Arizona Trailer, and a plaque to commemorate your support.
Water Bottle $3000: Your company name/logo printed on the liner of the insulated Arizona Unity Tour water bottle along with the logos for The 100 Club and Police Unity Tour (time deadline due to printing). These bottles will be used for ride premiums and fund raising throughout the state of Arizona, and will travel with the team to the National event (Virginia to Washington, DC). Your company decal will be prominently placed on our team trailer that will travel to local events as well as the national event. In addition your Company handouts will be included in rider tour bags, you will receive exposure on our ride, team and chapter webpage and be placed on the ride t-shirt. To commemorate your commitment your company will receive a plaque showing your support for this worthy cause.
Event Sponsor $5000: This level will be limited to one main event sponsor. The benefits include; media exposure in advertising and news releases announced as Arizona Unity Tour sponsored by “Company name”. You will also be listed on all of our social media sites. You will have premium placement of your company decal on the Arizona Unity Tour water bottle, our trailer, ride t-shirts, and have company handouts in rider tour bags. Your commitment to give all to support those who gave all will be commemorated in a manner worthy of your investment.
